Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order, and we offer a 15-day window from the date of order to initiate a
return or exchange. If you change your mind or find that your item isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange it
within this period for a full refund or a replacement.
Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please note the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all tags still attached.
- We kindly ask that items are returned in the original packaging to protect them during transit.
Refund Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase.
- Once we’ve processed your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be provided under these conditions:
- Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Returns initiated after the 15-day window but within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and carefully inspected your returned item, we will send a confirmation email to inform you of its arrival. Following this, you will receive a formal notification regarding the status of your refund request. Should your refund be approved, the amount will be seamlessly credited back to your original payment method within the expected timeframe. Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we can arrange for a replacement of the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability). If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. Damaged or Defective Items
- We take great care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
- We will resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, Zenin cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale“
Return Shipping Costs
- For exchanges or returns that are not due to a fault with the item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.
